Serving as a business consultant / solution consultant by assisting clients in identifying their business needs and translating business needs to functional requirements.
Serving as both Business Analyst and Project Manager, including: Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements;
Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources using Microsoft Project and Excel, or similar toolsets;
Monitoring of project execution, implementation, and necessary ongoing support;
Collection and reporting of project status, issues, and metrics;
Management of deliverables;
Management of client and resource expectations;
Motivating team members, providing mentoring, and coaching;
Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts and managing QA and UAT testing cycles;
Managing closeout activities and transition to appropriate support teams;
Managing multiple unrelated projects and project teams simultaneously;
Managing a program of multiple projects and related work directed toward the same client or business objective and having some interdependencies or relationships;
Working closely with both functional business groups and technical teams to ensure that project solutions are technically sound, follow best practices, and meet the needs of the business;
Participating in resource management activities, including: Screening and interviewing new candidates; Planning and allocating resources across projects; Assessing resource performance.
Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects involving the configuration and implementation of commercial business systems (such as CRM, ERP, or HCM).

Experience managing custom website design and development projects.
Relational database skills in MS Access, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Proposal development experience.
