ABOUT THE ROLE:
Greenlight Guru is looking for an experienced Channel Marketing & Enablement Manager to ramp up our channel marketing & enablement programs. You will be responsible for building and growing our partnerships with key QA/RA consultants, consulting groups and our ecosystem partners. You will collaborate with our channel sales and demand generation teams to drive a broad range of go-to-market initiatives spanning partner recruitment, brand experience and communications, and demand creation. This role requires a “jack-of-all-trades” mentality that is proactive, can create their own solutions when needed, and can work across departments. Your creativity will help strengthen our partner relationships through the creation of unique brand experiences, and your analytical mindset will serve you well as you collaborate with our field and inbound marketing teams to drive demand with and through our partner community.
Serving as a key player in our partnership organization and reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be responsible for a variety of channel marketing initiatives, from strategic marketing plans, events, webcasts, incentives, partner communications and partner enablement and the partnerships team as a whole will play a critical role in expanding Greenlight Guru’s market reach.
Define, develop, and execute Greenlight Guru Partner/Ecosystem/Channel marketing and enablement strategy
Focus on 3 key areas:
Market to partners to maintain a consistent flow of inbound partner interest through project managing webinars, email campaigns, and content initiatives
Market through partners in order to help our partners bring leads to Greenlight Guru by building scalable marketing kits, sponsoring field marketing events, etc.
Market for our partners to our customer ecosystem through project managing webinars, email campaigns, and content initiatives
Be measured on contribution to the lead generation pipeline to/through/for partners (3 key areas above)
Own a consistent partner communication program (monthly webinar, monthly newsletter, partner community, Partner of the Month program, etc.)
Work with key stakeholders to prioritize Partner Enablement needs based on key behaviors that will successfully drive channels business
Collaborate closely with all members of the GTM enablement team to understand what assets exist, or need to be re-purposed or created
Drive cross functional collaboration, in particular with product marketing, channels and direct sales
Prioritize, design, develop, deliver and measure impact of partner enablement initiatives in conjunction with the partner sales teams
Continue and improve current programs: Partner portal training, monthly partner webinars, regional instructor-led partner training
Create and implement an effective Partner Certification program
Develop new and innovative programs for additional impact
Self-starter who is able to strategize, execute and build Greenlight Guru partner enablement into a world class program using best practices and pushing the envelope on new ways to be more successful
3+ years of direct experience building and managing partner marketing and enablement programs, or 5+ years of experience working alongside Partnership teams in related roles: marketing campaign manager, field marketing, partner development (sales/bizdev), etc.
A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, and other creative programs
Experience working for a fast-growing B2B software company, where channel sales was done in conjunction with a direct sales team
A team builder, and know how to get multiple departments to play well together towards the same end goal
Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects in tandem
A passionate individual with a knack for solving problems and building/delivering solutions, and you’re OK with taking risks (and learning from failure)
