Greenlight Guru is hiring a Director that will be responsible for Revenue Operations. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a combination of sales, marketing and customer success operation experience, has experience working in a rapid growth, scale-up environment, and has a proven track record of standing up and designing high performing teams.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Revenue Operations will play a key leadership role on the marketing, sales, and customer success teams, in addition to serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team. This leader will have a strong vision of how to build and scale a world-class RevOps team, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence across sales, customer success and marketing. You will use your deep understanding of revenue processes, systems and tooling, with data management and analysis to identify and improve every aspect of our customer's journey.
