As a Paralegal/Operations Assistant, you will be focused on all things people for our Greenlight Guru team. We are looking for an energetic self-starter to administer policies and implement programs to effectively impact our most important resources – our people. This person will utilize his/her skills in the areas of operational scalability, assisting in the management of customer and vendor contracts, office space, and creating an elite environment to succeed in, including but not limited to:

On a given workday with the Greenlight Operations team, you will:


Review customer agreements to ensure compliance with company’s philosophy
Review supplier agreements as needed
Prepare and edit correspondence and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist where needed on, and complete special projects related to other aspects of the Finance and Operations teams
Assist in inventory needs
Food and Beverage
Office Supplies and Needs
Assist with office related functions including facility, space, maintenance, supplies, equipment, etc.
Maintaining company operational procedures
Ops Requests
Meeting 48 hour close time
Assist IT with operational efficiencies
Other Duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and AdministrationVendor Management
Assisting with the coordination of customer and vendor visits, communications, preparation, office organization and cleanliness.

Great-fit candidates will have:

BA or Legal Assistant/Paralegal degree with at least 3 years ofexperience as a Paralegal, or equivalent experience.
Prioritize and manage deadlines when dealing with multiple tasks combined with the ability to work with a sense of urgency when needed
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Hospitality experience preferred.
Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to multitask and deliver results in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict, changing deadlines.
Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate and connect with all levels of the organization providing a high level of customer service.
Must be extremely professional and poised, exercising independent judgment and discretion while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
