Greenlight Guru is looking to add a servant-minded Sales Coordinator who will primarily provide support to the sales team. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our sales team members (SDRs, AEs, SEs, etc.) have the tools they need to be successful in their day, with a major emphasis on events and onboarding. You will be a self-starter with high standards and attention to detail, and have an ability to anticipate the needs of the sales teams and training needs. Make travel arrangements as required for sales staff, including flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
Coordinate monthly sales events, both in the office and offsite as needed, creating and maintaining relationships with vendors in the Indianapolis market.
Help plan and execute large sales meetings, such as sales kickoff at the beginning of each year.
Develop and communicate an ongoing enablement calendar, coordinating with other cross-functional teams.
Attend all sales meetings and other meetings as needed, keeping detailed notes and tracking agenda items/follow-up.
Manage executive calendars and handle information confidentially.
Effectively identify and resolve problems efficiently while working independently displaying a disciplined work style and strong work ethic.
Responsible for assisting in onboarding new sales staff, ensuring sales team members have all systems, tools, etc. needed when hired, communicating those needs with other teams in the organization.
Support other areas of the company as business needs (i.e., Customer Success, Employee Engagement, etc.).
Reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement.
Experience in a sales administration or coordinator role is preferred, but not necessary.
Must be detail oriented, highly organized and proactive.
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with the ability to quickly prioritize.
Ability to communicate consistently and clearly using various mediums (in-person, Slack, email).
Experience with Google Suite, including experience as an owner/publisher of another individual's calendar and contacts in Google.
CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus.
LMS or Lessonly understanding is a plus.
Prefer the candidate live in the Indianapolis area, but remote will be considered.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
