Greenlight Guru is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to focus on driving growth initiatives across the sales organization. You will be responsible for supporting our sales development, direct sales, and channel teams to optimize sales processes and maintain strong alignment across all corresponding business functions. This role requires a purpose-driven mentality that is proactive, can create their own solutions when needed, and work independently. Additionally, you will make performance and productivity improvement recommendations to Revenue Operations and Sales team leadership and support improvement initiatives to provide a best-in-class experience and drive operational excellence.
Serving as a key player in our revenue organization and reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will be responsible for developing the operational rigor used to scale the sales organization effectively.
