We are looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Services & Analytics team. The SDM is a change agent, who is passionate, has high energy and results oriented with a creative and analytical mind. You will be responsible for ensuring client success within our service offering including project management, business process analysis, and operational account management. You must be a leader dedicated to exceptional results and effective management to deliver quality service while partnering with cross-functional teams. The Service Delivery Manager reports to the SVP, Services & Analytics.

Be a strategic business partner with clients, able to understand how a project fits within a clients overall strategic goals
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain control on project scope, schedule and cost
Direct hc1 resources to ensure that all projects are delivered to specification and on-time
Own internal and external communications, identifying when escalation is necessary with both hc1 and client organizations
Perform risk management and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Direct management of customer activation and other projects collaborating with other hc1 teams
Recommends changes or policies to increase department effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Must be prepared for some travel (20%)

Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
BS degree or higher with focus on Business Administration or Technology - or equivalent work experience
PMP certification is preferred
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Must be self-motivated, organized and analytical; with a proven track record in managing implementation projects
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and technology span
Capable of rapid technology intake
Must be able to communicate professionally in verbal and written conversations, and in the production of project documents
