Title: VP of Product
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Our VP of Product will be responsible for the technical vision and development. We’re looking for a Vice President of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. This position sits at the center of our company's efforts to expand and deliver upon its vision by managing the organization’s next generation of cloud applications and data platform. Success for the Vice President, Product Development means achieving not only commercial success through product/market fit, but generating scale in the product development process from design to technical implementation through ongoing support.

As an AWS Partner Network organization, our cloud-based software organizes live data (including lab results, genomics, and medications) to deliver solutions that ensure the right patient gets the right test and the right prescription.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Delegation of Product Department’s activities to appropriate parties (i.e. determining which products will be designed, built, or sold; versus which products require further validation or conceptual works)
Identify, establish, and maintain a "genre" for our product offerings, through market validation and portfolio product prioritization
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Own the roadmap for designated solutions following a standard portfolio prioritization and planning process
Develop product strategy and business cases to support roadmap creation and decision making
Perform market and competitive analysis to understand current product position as well as identify trends and opportunities
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding new products and capabilities, as well as progress against product goals with clear metrics
Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to continuously improve understanding on market needs and demands and to validate product direction
Translate product strategy and market needs into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Your Skills & Experiences:
Healthcare expertise, developed through customer advocations and market validation for SaaS Products
Management of product suite or portfolio; managing multiple product lines, and make timely decisions to determine the business’ product priorities
Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology for software development, strong preference for start-up / scale-up product management environments
Ability to create user stories and complete product acceptance testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and interact with all levels of technical and non-technical peers
Demonstrated leadership in product management
Healthcare product management experience is required
