High Alpha is hiring customer success team members for an exciting new B2B SaaS startup. This position will be with one of our latest companies, currently in stealth mode. If you’re passionate about marketing, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll work closely with the internal High Alpha team while reporting directly to the CEO. If you’ve ever been interested in working at a company from scratch as a member of the initial team, this is it!
What You’ll Do:
Sustain business growth by helping clients fully utilize the platform for maximum value
Act as a consultant, identifying opportunities to collaborate with and up-level customers’ content marketing efforts
Onboard clients and get them fully functional within the platform while continuously improving the onboarding processes
Lead ongoing product trainings for clients
Handle and resolve client requests, needs, and complaints quickly and positively
Minimize client churn through exceptional service and experiences
Communicate client feedback and requests that aid in product design and development
Play a key role in interfacing with the client and product team in order to bring the client’s needs to life within the platform.
Be a product expert and understand the platform inside and out.
Leverage the knowledge of the platform to make impactful and strategic suggestions to clients on how to better leverage our software.
What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS Company or similar industry
A passion for problem solving
An individual who takes ownership, shares opinions and embraces continuous improvement
An eagerness to expand your responsibilities and take on team leadership as we grow
Adaptability in the midst of a rapid-change, rapid-growth startup environment
Hunger to learn as much as possible about content marketing and bring opportunities for advancement back to our clients, our product, and our own content strategy
