We design new businesses from the ground up by providing the critical research, infrastructure, talent, and resources that companies need to innovate and scale quickly.
As an Executive Assistant to a Partner at High Alpha, you will not only assist in day to day administrative tasks such as email management, booking travel, and supporting ad hoc needs for one of our Partners, you’ll also play a big hand in the operations of the office and company culture. We’re looking for a tech savvy go-getter who is ready and willing to jump in anywhere help is needed, from catering assistance, to organizing team events or ensuring that the functions of the business operations your partner manages are running smoothly.
Who you are & what you’ll do:
Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives or experience in a similar role with transferable skills and the desire to build a career as an Executive Assistant
Poised and professional
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic, ready to roll up your sleeves and take on projects as they come up.
Motivated to get your hands dirty with the day-to-day aspects of operations: Continually finding room for improvement in processes and implementing strategies to keep the team organized and efficient;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Obsessive attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence
Ability to coordinate meetings and logistics for leaders and other members of the team as needed.
A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success
Flexibility and adaptability, a willingness to wear multiple hats
An ability to move quickly, multi-task, and adapt to the rapidly changing environment
A team player who successfully collaborates with colleagues throughout the company, including a team of Executive Assistants who support a team of executives with constantly changing schedules
Tech savvy-individual who is familiar with Asana, Notion, Zoom, Slack, iMessage, and G Suite
Ability to book travel, complete expense reports and pro-actively manage project and task lists
Manage inbox and LinkedIn accounts
Provide with research and other necessary materials for meetings and events.
