High Alpha is hiring key team members for a new B2B SaaS startup in Indianapolis. This position will be with High Alpha’s latest company, which is pre-public launch. You’ll work closely with the internal High Alpha team while reporting directly to the CEO. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will directly contribute to our pre-launch companies top-line revenue by building and implementing a digital strategy to generate pre-launch consumer interest and users for the content marketing platform.
You’ll spend your days working on the strategy to grow an audience prior to launch of the platform. You will translate customer insights into clever and unexpected campaigns that will win their time and attention. You’ll ideate and partner closely with our growing team in product, sales, business development, design and engineering. You’ll study the numbers and results, then optimize and educate the company on the power of growth marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Build an audience of users for the to-be-launched content marketing platform
Leverage channels and tactics such as (but not limited to) email, social, paid advertising, and content marketing to grow user audience.
Architect and implement best-in-class email programs including trigger, drip and referral campaigns
Support and guide content marketing strategy for user audience
You will be the voice of the user and trusted advisor as to how future users engage our audience through product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external comms.
Work closely with the product team to optimize user experience
Work with the broader marketing team to develop upsell and downsell pathways between B2C and B2B product
Guide strategy with initial customers and partner with them to ensure success on the platform
Distribute growth reports, reporting back to team with insights and optimization strategies.
Coordinate, set up and run A/B marketing campaign tests
Research, ideate and test into new growth channels
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on operator who’s built and scaled audience engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proven track record in leading media campaigns including planning, audience targeting, creative development, testing and analysis (PPC, search, LinkedIn, etc.)
Demonstrated track record of creating campaigns to steer new audience acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
Experience successfully launching products in a variety of industries
Deeply knowledgeable about the SaaS and MarTech space
Experienced in the digital ecosystem, including how SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and sales work together
Comfortable gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from a variety of sources
