High Alpha is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the High Alpha marketing team to help our early-stage startups drive new sales pipeline and decrease the time it takes to find product-market fit. You will have a direct impact on sourcing some of the first customers for High Alpha’s newest companies. Over time you will work to improve and create processes to launch the growth marketing function faster in our companies and find product-market fit earlier.

What You’ll Do
Develop and shape our digital marketing roadmap with an emphasis on channel experimentation and data-driven optimization
Think holistically about the LTV-to-CAC equation and make strategic recommendations for constant improvement
Own user acquisition and lead generation, including paid acquisition, account-based marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Use data to generate and communicate learnings that will identify opportunities to scale and risks to avoid
Leverage analytics to provide reporting to the High Alpha marketing team and portfolio company CEOs
Manage platforms, integrations or 3rd-party service providers to ensure the strongest possible performance
Work with the High Alpha marketing team to leverage content and brand assets in acquisition campaigns and improve CRM
Help define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and speed up product-market fit using growth channels to create more “at-bats” for our portfolio companies.
Learn about key personas and the various lines of business and industries that could benefit in ROI from High Alpha Studio portfolio companies.
Seamlessly hand off the qualified pipeline to the CEO or head of sales.
Accurately track customer interactions and information in HubSpot.
You will work with the High Alpha Marketing Manager to carry out tactical execution of portfolio companies’ marketing plans, including paid search, paid social, account based marketing, and more
You will report directly to the High Alpha Director of Marketing, but will work very closely with the High Alpha Marketing Manager and portfolio CEOs to execute on tactical responsibilities for portfolio companies’ sales initiatives and campaigns.
Experience and Skills to Excel in this Role
2-5 years of experience working in marketing or sales.
You have experience with HubSpot, Google Marketing & Analytics tools, and social advertising channels
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Enterprise software or SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience being held to metric is a plus
