Casted is a new High Alpha portfolio company and we’re building a podcasting platform specifically for B2B marketers. We’re empowering them to atomize, activate, and amplify their show content drive engagement and influence revenue.
In short, Casted not only makes it possible, but easy for marketers to get more - much more - from their podcast content.

What We’re Looking For
A creative, content strategist with a love for podcasts. It would be great if you had some experience in podcasting or video content, but even if you don’t, we’re hiring for what you can know, not just what’s in your head right now. We’re curious people and want to work with those that are equally into learning.
We will treat you like an owner and expect the opinions and passion of someone who owns this challenge with us.
Bullets points of stuff we’re looking for:
3-5 years of experience in a marketing content strategy role
Client-facing experience, perhaps in an agency setting
Ability to translate client’s content strategy, marketing plan, campaigns, overall goals and priorities into podcasting strategy
Seamless collaboration with the internal production team to bring that podcasting strategy to life
Adaptability in the midst of a rapid-change, rapid-growth startup environment
Hunger to learn as much as possible about podcasting and bring opportunities for advancement back to our clients, our product, and our own content strategy
What You’ll Do
Play a keystone role in creating and managing podcasts for Casted’s full-service clients. You’ll work closely with the Casted production team to strategize, create, manage and measure their shows. As a key member of the team, you’ll also share opinions and contribute to what we build, as well as how, when, and why.
Some bullet points about what a day might look like:
Lead meetings with full-service clients to develop, manage, and continuously improve their podcasting strategies
Collaborate and lead our production team to create episodes for Casted clients and manage overall production of their shows
Get into client Casted accounts to understand show performance, look for opportunities to repurpose existing content, identify ways to further leverage the platform to improve shows
Research current trends in podcast content creation and bring ideas back to inform client show strategies
Provide feedback to the Casted product team to improve the platform
Report monthly performance updates to clients
