In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on technical talent, you would work closely with HR, Executive teams, and the technical leaders of our newly launched companies. What You’ll Do:
Source and recruit technical talent for our portfolio companies. Our companies operate in modern technologies and are building products from the ground up. This individual would require an understanding of how SaaS operates and how to identify top senior software engineers to successfully impact our new businesses. This includes managing the full cycle hiring process, which will include screening applications, scheduling candidates, interviews, and offers/negotiations.
Responsible for job postings, intake meetings, candidate exercises, and guiding hiring managers through the process.
Partner with technical leaders to understand business objectives and develop talent strategies to meet those needs.
Maintain and own Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of progressive, full cycle recruiting experiences.
Proven work experience in a staffing agency/consulting firm preferred
Experience recruiting for technical positions, including software engineers, QA engineers, infrastructure engineers, etc.
Clear understanding of technical concepts and their impact on a SaaS startup
Ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and build relationships with passive talent
You are passionate about DEI initiatives related to talent acquisition and have experience building programs that attract and retain diverse talent.
Demonstrated persona within the community and desire to build and activate networks to find the best talent.
Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, start-up environment---being flexible and adaptable is key.
Energized by a high requisition load, shifting priorities, varieties of roles, and multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail.
The desire to learn and willingness to jump in.
