Successful applicant will prepare, review, revise and maintain technical documents with heavy emphasis on software products, software testing & software user documentation. This position will gather and analyze technical processes and procedures from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.

Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit technical / operational procedures and manuals
Create user guides, maintenance manuals, and training manuals
Research, develop, and document technical design specifications
Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Create ad hoc documentation on an as-needed basis
Perform other tasks and work with Information Services, Customer Service and Engineering departments as directed by supervisor
