Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and manage ongoing experience. A hungry, self starter with SaaS experience, driven, intelligent, and ambitious individual would be a good fit for this role and company.

Qualifications & Skills

Previously held a client services role with a SaaS company

Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

Strong analytical and data reporting skills including SQL, Google Analytics, Domo

Experience

Working with cross functional teams including product and software development

SaaS product implementation experience in a Customer facing role, Account Management

Start-up experience is beneficial, Healthcare experience is ideal

Self organization, Leadership and project management skills

Responsibilities

Customer implementation planning and execution till Go-Live

Manage all aspects of customer roll-out and onboarding including training, user creation, data exchange and required customizations

Customer retention and success

Data and reporting; Pull, analyze and share client data to demonstrate value
