Job Description

Job Summary/Basic Function: Supervise customer service operations for the Office of Information Technology. This includes overseeing the operations of walk-in and phone support modes, repair of equipment, computer acquisition and deployment, and projects that impact customer operations.

Specific Responsibilities: Supervise customer focused operations in the Technology Support Center to ensure delivery of a positive service experience.
Consult with customers about service experience.
Work with team members to maintain a positive workplace environment.
Use data-driven techniques to monitor service performance and implement improvements.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years); 3-5 Years experience IT management related to end-user support.
