Job Summary/Basic Function: Serves as EM Communication Center team lead during hours of operation when the Director is not present. Supervises and oversees all aspects of the student team within the EM Communication Center; Supports communication and outreach efforts with prospective students, current students, and families as they navigate towards, through, and away from the University. This communication is responsive and proactive and relies on telephone, texting, email, and video vehicles; Requires extensive engagement with internal areas on campus.
Required Education and Experience: Associates Degree and 1-2 Years of experience.
