Job Summary/Basic Function: They will provide exceptional constituent service and project coordination for the Indiana State University Foundation Board of Directors and six standing committees along with the Be So Bold Campaign Cabinet. They serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Division of University Advancement. They are also the liaison to the ISU Foundation board of directors and the advancement leadership team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts. They works collaboratively with the University Advancement team to assist with donor events. They must be creative and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of work experience. Need experience in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
