Job Summary/Basic Function: The Fraternity and Sorority Life Associate Director serves a vital role in the Office of Student Engagement, Leadership, and Fraternity and Sorority Life and is directly responsible for the oversight of programs and services that enhance student leadership and campus engagement efforts.; ; The Associate Director is primarily responsible for advising fraternity and sorority governing councils, providing coaching to fraternity and sorority chapters, and the supervision of two graduate assistants. An essential part of the Division of Student Affairs, the Associate Director has the opportunity for involvement in University and Division committees and initiatives.

Required Education and Experience: Master's Degree with 3+ Years Professional Experience in Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Affairs, Student Activities, Leadership Development, or related area.

Certificates/Licenses and Registrations: Must possess a valid driver's license.
