Job Description
Job Summary/Basic Function: Serve a vital role in the Office of Student Engagement, Leadership, and Fraternity and Sorority Life and is directly responsible for the oversight of programs and services that enhance student leadership and campus engagement efforts. They are responsible for advising fraternity and sorority governing councils, providing coaching to fraternity and sorority chapters, and the supervision of two graduate assistants.
Specific Responsibilities: Oversee annual Fraternity and Sorority Life Leadership Awards process, self-assessment processes, supervise inters, serve as a primary advisor, assist in design, trainings, with your department and others, and assist with providing a supportive atmosphere.
Required Education and Experience: Master's Degree with 3+ Years Professional Experience in Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Affairs, Student Activities, Leadership Development, or related area.
Certificates/Licenses and Registrations: Must possess a valid driver's license.
