Job Summary/Basic Function: Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems. Provides computer support over the phone, through remote support, email, and in-person service. Mentors student employees gaining job experience in the IT support field.
Specific Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and provide support for a variety of technology issues, respond to emails and ticket requests, follow-up with customers about on-going issues, research new technology concerns, write documentation for knowledge base, and provide technical expertise to students involved in experiential learning.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) with 1-2 Years of experience.
