Job Summary/Basic Function:
Supports the daily technical needs of the ISU campus through in-coming phone calls, remote desktop, emails, and tickets. Answers calls in the help desk, visits customer offices for consultation or advanced technical support, assists with projects that impact the end-user experience.
Assist customers over the phone using remote desktop and other tools.
Monitor incoming tickets and follow-up as needed.
Visit user offices for technical consultations.
Write documentation to be included in the OIT knowledgebase.
Advocate for the customer experience in assigned committees.
Assist with technology projects that impact the customer experience.
