Job Description

Job Summary/Basic Function: Serves as the primary administrator of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI or the Institute) at Indiana State University. This position is responsible for initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating courses, lectures and special events for OLLI. The Assistant Director creates and implements marketing materials and strategies and publicizes OLLI programs to increase and maintain membership. The position oversees operation of all aspects of the OLLI program (budget, grant, endowment, members and daily operations).

Required Education and Experience: Minimum qualification is Bachelors degree with 3-5 years experience. This position requires interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with administration, staff, visitors and volunteers; using diplomacy and good judgment during all interactions in the performance of a wide variety of programs and support functions. Preferred Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
