Job Description

Indiana State University’s Office of Information Technology has an immediate opening for a Programmer/Analyst with a strong background in: Business Process Analysis, Data Model Design, Process Development, Quality Assurance Testing, Troubleshooting, and Service Deployment and Management in an Enterprise Production Environment. This position will also require the candidate to provide third-party product support, including: Log Review, User Admin, Client Updates, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and customizing an enterprise CRM or similar product and integrating the CRM data with other systems within the environment. We are looking for someone with strong development skills in: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Linux Operating Systems, File Transfer Scripting, Web API Development. This candidate would have experience using development tools such as: Toad for Oracle, PL/SQL Developer, GIT, SVN, Eclipse. Experience using Project Management, and Service Management tools is a plus.

Required Relevant Education: Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
