Job Description
Job Summary/Basic Function: They are responsible for leading the development, implementation and analysis of a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance the University’s brand and reputation. The position will oversee, produce and participate in the creation of compelling and effective communication that promotes the University’s mission, goals and achievements to internal and external stakeholders. This includes consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels – local, regional, state-wide, national outlets and social media. The Director will have budget management responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional work in communication, public information, journalism, broadcasting or related field.
Certificates/Licenses and Registrations: Must possess a valid driver's license.
