Job Summary/Basic Function: Assumes overall responsibility for the University’s controllership functions. Provides strategic leadership, directs, coordinates, and oversees the University Controller units including: Accounting Services and Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Travel Operations, Bursar, Accounts Receivable and E-Commerce, Tax Compliance, and post-award Grant and Contract compliance.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting or related field, must be a certified Public Accountant (CPA), have seven to ten years of progressive experience in financial affairs leadership positions with at least five years of direct supervisory experience.
