Job Description
This position is part of a team with diverse skill sets, responsible for improving, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and consulting on UIT-supported software applications and systems, as well as integrating and developing new and existing software, databases, and reporting solutions in web and/or desktop contexts. The dedicated focus for this role is the integration development and support of the University’s Salesforce CRM, in conjunction with the National & Global division’s Salesforce team. Previous experience with software integrations, Salesforce CRM. Ellucian Colleague ERP and Jitterbit data integration platform are highly preferred.
