Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree and 3+ years of work experience
Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions
Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry (Life Sciences) and business
Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience independently leading portfolios and mining
Experience providing market development, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis
Ability to rally colleagues, prospects and clients around your ideas and deals
