What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a full-time Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our Marketing team here at Jobvite. The ABM Manager will be responsible for managing ABM programs across Sales and Marketing that drive awareness and adoption of Jobvite among target customers.
You’ll define metrics and insights for decision-maker engagement while maximizing the efficiency of our sales and marketing processes. This position will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager.

Develop and scale the current Jobvite ABM strategy - soup to nuts: from the strategy, all the way through to execution, to measuring results
Work with Marketing Ops & Sales to select target accounts: looking at both historical data and open pipeline
Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal ABM campaign and tactic mix
Deploy marketing initiatives on a segment or industry basis, using various mediums, including digital, events and social media
Work cross-functionally with the SDRs & Sales teams to track organization penetration and gaps in targets within strategic accounts
Work cross-functionally with the events team to promote ABM roundtable events, drive attendance and track results
Work with third party vendors: Terminus, Triblio, Direct Mail vendors to ensure personalized marketing assets are delivered
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to operationalize the ABM planning of Salesforce tracking, metrics and reporting (Account Coverage, Engagement, Reach or “touches”, and Influence)
Analyze performance and report against key metrics
What You'll Bring:
Experience integrating ABM with the sales process at the organizational and account levels
3+ years of B2B demand generation and field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
2+ years of account based marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience working closely with a leadership team, sales executives and SDRs to develop marketing processes, strategies and content requirements
Experience with marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Triblio, Terminus, Drift, etc)
Strong and effective communication skills with a focus on relevance
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for creating a new program and driving adoption
