At Kerauno, we help our customers remove tedium from their day to day so they can get more done. Our platform connects communication platforms like Salesforce, JIRA, email, voice, chat, and SMS so that our customers can wire them together and build useful automation. As a Front-End Software Engineer, you’ll build new features and polish existing interfaces to make our core SaaS platform better for our users. We use React primarily, and we are very open to folks coming with experience in Angular, Node.js or other frameworks. On a given work day with Kerauno, you will:
-Make key architectural decisions to build our new platform in a near-greenfield environment
-Play a critical role working with colleagues to architect, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions
-Work with UX designers and customers to refine user experiences
-Actively participate in a highly collaborative agile development process to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives
-Continuously deploy software in containerized micro-services running on public cloud infrastructure
The right candidate will have:
-3+ years software engineering experience
-Demonstrated experience of delivering SaaS software products on time, within budget, and with high levels of quality
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS
-Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other hosting / containerization systems.
-Demonstrated experience building cloud-based RESTful applications with JSON, and an aptitude for best practices in designing RESTful APIs
-Demonstrated experience operating within an Agile environment for SaaS products
-Demonstrated experience with building and managing high availability and highly scalable cloud environments in co-lo, AWS, Azure and/or Google
-Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented design principles and application of design patterns
-Demonstrated experience with software issue diagnostic strategies and creation of appropriate algorithms/changes to address performance, reliability, supportability, maintainability, and extensibility
-Ability to perform other full-stack development
-Experience with continuous integration and automated testing.
