Job Description

Kerauno is seeking an analytical and consultative Senior Solution Architect who is passionate about providing technical implementation, technical support leadership and troubleshooting for customers and partners using our communications software products.

The Senior Solution Architect role works with new and prospective channel partners to obtain a comprehensive understanding of their customer market, current technical capabilities, experience with automating workflow, configuring systems integration, provisioning contact center technology, and meeting business process needs through software solutions. The Solution Architect acts as an expert in Kerauno products to guide and support Channel Partners as they come on-board and through their early customer implementations. The Senior Solution Architect also acts as a listening post for product feedback from the Partners, translating real world business problems into user stories with the Product Management team that can be put into the development process. The Senior Solution Architect is also responsible for being completely fluent in the latest Kerauno product capabilities and able to demonstrate and evangelize the technology throughout the partner ecosystem.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide technical leadership in new Kerauno Partner engagements

-Collaborate with Partners in defining deliverables and milestones, and ensuring technical validity of proposed solutions

-Using partner business requirements and Kerauno product documentation, work with the software and engineering teams to validate functional requirements

-Educate new and prospective partners on what is technically possible with Kerauno, including within customer environments

-Serve as a subject matter expert of our proprietary Kerauno communications workflow platform

-Play a critical role in developing strong relationships that enable Kerauno to become a trusted advisor to customer and partner stakeholders, and exceed expectations of value delivered

-Collaborate with Product Management to channel client feedback and solutions for inclusion in future releases of the Kerauno product suite

-Serve as liaison between the Partner and Kerauno’s engineering support staff, conveying information that both technical and non-technical team members can understand

-Develop documentation and tools that can be used by Partners to further enhance their capabilities and improve the Kerauno experience for their customers.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-7+ years product implementation experience with SaaS solutions in such roles as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Solution Designer or similar

-5+ years technical experience with enterprise software products

-Demonstrated experience with telephony related products and/or network design and troubleshooting

-Demonstrated organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing, managing and executing on multiple concurrent priorities

-Demonstrated research and data/gap analysis combined with proficient problem solving experience, anticipating and proactively resolving root issues of moderate complexity

-Demonstrated knowledge and application of relational database design and data base structures involving data flow, mapping, conversion scripts, etc.

-Demonstrated examples of technical writing

-Demonstrated customer-facing technical consulting experience exhibiting sound judgment and presenting viable recommendations

-Superior phone presence combined with a high degree of professional acumen

-Team player with excellent collaboration skills

-Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and reasoning

-Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to travel 10% - 15%

-Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
