We are hiring a sales manger to lead our newly established inside sales function! Their primary mission will be to lead the effort of building an analytics-driven, successful, and repeatable inside sales capability at Kinney Group.

What you’ll do:
Working with the Kinney Group CEO, VP of Channel Sales, and Director of Marketing in order to lead execution on industry best practice, frameworks, playbooks, and requirements for outbound demand generation
Implementing and managing a comprehensive use of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation for executing and managing sales team short term tasks and long term goals
Successfully use Gong.io software automation to coach, mentor and correct behaviors through recorded call sessions emphasizing key thematic scripts.
Ensure execution of defined activities in accordance with established processes and standardized service levels
Developing and leading a team of inside sales professionals; this effort will include hiring new personnel, training new and existing personnel, and managing the execution of key productivity metrics, as well as acquiring organizational resources to overcome roadblocks to team achievement
Coach to behaviors, such as overcoming objections, tone, creativity within call flows, as well as coaching to critical day-to-day inside sales metrics
Leading the ongoing iterative development and enhancement of the Kinney Group’s Sales Playbook, which guides the standard outbound demand generation and sales execution frameworks for the Company
Leading identification of contemporary best practices for selling enterprise information solutions and services in order to meet and exceed inside sales team goals
Dedicate time each week to reviewing phone calls and appointments, developing constructive feedback, and coaching to quality criteria in an ongoing fashion
The ideal ISM candidate will be an experienced sales professional and sales team manager that is exceptional at identifying and developing salesperson talent, and is willing to lead by example. This individual will have had first-person experience in sales and will have been a demonstrated high-level performer throughout his or her career. The ISM will lead the effort associated with the development and execution of a powerful training track for all Kinney Group sales personnel. Ongoing training will be augmented through successful daily coaching delivered to sales team members by the ISM. Through excellent and disciplined coaching, the ISM will help create a high performing, metrics driven, enthusiastic culture that will continually perform against goals.
For 2020, the ISM should ensure three critical outcomes:
Successful implementation of an effective inside sales function within the Company.
Develop and grow a core team of successful sales personnel, and empower them to own outcomes on understanding sales territory, the Company’s services and solution offerings, OEM technology platforms (primarily Splunk), and associated business value driven by Kinney Group solutions combined with OEM platforms.
Achieve the new customer and bookings targets for 2020.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers at various levels of the organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Customer Service experience
Technical writing experience
Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
Previous experience in process improvements
Driven, accountable, innovative and a self-starter
