Job Title IT Support Analyst
Location Indianapolis, IN

As an IT Support Analyst with Kinney Group, you’ll work closely with our growing team to provide world-class Information Technology support. This role will have a mixture of deskside support, IT infrastructure support, and IT project planning. This role reports to our Technical Operations team.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the initial point of contact for all information technology related concerns from colleagues or clients
• Assist in the creation of training materials related to computer operation or troubleshooting
• Maintain an asset database and keep an accurate inventory of company assets
• Document working activities and requests in our service desk ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Resolve technical issues related to service interruptions
• Maintain and monitor internal IT infrastructure
• Provide reports on system health and inventory
• Create and maintain a continual service improvement register with thoughts and ideas for improving our IT processes and procedures

• Excellent customer service
• Troubleshooting and triage abilities
• MacOS / OSX, and Apple TV
• Office 365
• Network Switching, Routing, and Firewalls
• VPNs and connectivity
• Experience working from a queue of requests
• Windows Server Infrastructure (File/Print, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory)
• Familiarity with troubleshooting issues on remote systems
• General understanding of backup and recovery software
• General understanding of VoIP Telephony and configuration
• 2-4 Years of experience in a similar role
• Shell scripting or Powershell experience
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Software
• CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+ / Server+ / Linux+
• Cisco CCNA
• ITIL Foundations
