The primary mission for a Talent Acquisition Partner in the People Operations team is to fill open positions and maintain a pipeline of viable candidates using an efficient and quality-driven process. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, team members will own and contribute to various People Operations’ projects. TA Partners are brand ambassadors and represent the company in attracting the right talent to grow our business.

What you’ll do:
Source qualified candidates using all available methods
Become an expert on the core solutions that Kinney Group can provide to an organization and understand how all departments and roles fit into the company’s strategic vision
Be well versed in using Applicant Tracking tools (Greenhouse preferred), social media (especially LinkedIN), and all MS Office tools
Demonstrate internet savvy and research capabilities in executing sourcing strategies
Hone excellent writing, negotiating, and persuasion skills to keep candidates engaged in the recruiting process
Full life cycle recruiting activities to create positive candidate experiences and maintain the positive Kinney Group employer brand
Grow and maintain a robust professional network within the Indianapolis and Tech ecosystem
Build relationships and work with Kinney Group Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor
Serve as a brand enthusiast for Kinney Group’s unique value proposition and aid in the delivery of the unexpected experience for our candidates, colleagues, and customers
Work as a member of a team by supporting teammates and colleagues while contributing to the success of all People Operations’ initiatives
What you’ll bring :
Minimum 2 years business experience; preference for candidates with talent attraction experience and a passion for People Operations
Minimum 1 year talent acquisition, sales, or marketing experience (internships considered)
Passion for technology and a growth mindset
Problem-solver who can identify potential issues and resolve them quickly
High level of comfort with internet communication and an online presence
Ability to build and showcase a personal brand to connect with top talent
Rigorous commitment to details, analytics, and processes
Prioritization of positive hiring manager and candidate experiences
Bias to action to advance tasks according to urgency and importance while remaining calm and focused
Competitive drive to achieve quality results
Self-awareness, willingness to adapt communication style, and a great sense of humor
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communication, or Marketing
Creative writing experience
