Clients invest in Lessonly to transform the way that learning and training happens inside the organization. To assist clients in actualizing their full potential with Lessonly, our Services department owns the development of their training content.
The Content Specialist is responsible for using our client’s existing documentation (manuals, slide decks, PDFs, videos, etc.) to develop successful training lessons. They must demonstrate strong editing and analytical skills as well as the ability to organize complex concepts into digestible steps. They are also responsible for maintaining a continuity of style in accordance with our Lessonly best practices and customer preferences.
This work-from-home, part-time role (between 20-30 hours per week; hourly rate $17.00/hour) will report to the Content Program Manager on Lessonly’s Services team. This role also has flexibility in regards to working hours which can be discussed during the interview process.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Many of our customers already have existing training documents, but don’t have the time and resources to migrate that information into Lessonly. Our Content Services Coordinator team will work directly with the customer to identify their needs and gather the corresponding resources. From there, the Content Specialist will be responsible for using those materials to create lessons.
