Supported by the Revenue Operations team, this role will be responsible for ensuring Lessonly’s teams have the data, processes and tools to operate at their best. While this function has responsibility for many tactical/ongoing responsibilities, the Head of Revenue Operations role in and of itself has a strategic focus centered on Executive business partnership and setting the long-term direction for the department.
Establishes objectives and work plans for the Revenue Operations department with direct oversight of the team.
Spearhead strategy development for the Revenue Operations function: plan, allocate resources, identify and resource large initiatives, and determine operational roadmap.
Ongoing evaluation of current processes (overhauling these where necessary to improve productivity by leveraging industry best practices and designing process), tools, and reporting improvements, enabling the team to work smarter
Lead corporate-wide initiatives including, but not limited to, quarterly Board meetings, setting quarterly sales targets, and comp plan design.
Operations business partner to Lessonly Executive team and shared (with subordinates) business partner responsibility for broader management team
Direct oversight of key metrics across all functional areas and ongoing identification of risks and opportunities
Oversee and optimize technology stack (excluding Product/Engineering organization), making recommendations on new tools, and facilitating discussions with vendors. Along with this, monitor and drive a high degree of data integrity in Salesforce and other tools to ensure the team is able to make key business decisions with confidence
5+ years of operations experience
Experience in at a Software company, with SaaS experience preferred
