Reporting to the Director of Talent, the Recruiting Partner sources, recruits and hires future talent to support Lessonly’s growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing and engaging with top sales and sales development talent, creating a world class candidate experience, and driving a diverse and inclusive culture at Lessonly.
What you will do:
Recruit sales talent, including enterprise level Account Executives, utilizing strategic sourcing initiatives to build a bench of talent for current and future openings; this will be a full life-cycle recruiting position focused on all levels and will include sourcing, screening, hiring, and managing candidates throughout the entire interview process up through offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
Source and build pipeline for future talent with a focus on diverse talent pipelines
Drive Recruitment Marketing initiatives, which may include campaigns, nurture opportunities and social media
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to optimize our recruiting and interview process
Create a seamless and positive candidate experience
Manage the candidate process within Lessonly’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with recruiting initiatives across the company as needed
What you will need:
3-5 years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a progressive, high-growth environment
Proven success and experience in sales recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS
Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and passion to source, recruit and close talent
Interest in building and scaling a recruiting processes that fosters diverse and inclusive teams
Enjoyment in collaborating with employees at all levels
A high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
Experience supporting recruiting for several departments simultaneously, partnering with business leaders across a variety of functional areas and business units
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Jobvite preferably.
Working knowledge of sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns, preferred
