Build, support and help to standardize guided trial programs
Lead pre-sales technical calls with account executives covering technical aspects of Lessonly’s product including SSO, API, Integrations and other technical best practices
Organize and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
Identify, organize, and document solution requirements for sales opportunities
Demonstrate product knowledge of integrations, unreleased product features, and in-depth product walk-throughs.
Develop and present solution documents, technical requirements and return on investment to prospects and customers.
We are seeking a person who can be a true partner to our sales and customer experience organization and has a proven track record in supporting a fast growing team. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in technical solutioning with a preference toward SaaS experience.
Demonstrated success in a client facing role
Variety of skills including ability to understand high-level sales strategies, visualize business problems into value statements and execute on product related requests in the pre-sales presentations
Naturally curious individual who can execute on technical pre-sales requests, but also wants to understand what value or impact the request is making on the pre-sales cycle.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of removing hurdles and keeping key stakeholders in the loop in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
