Job Description

The Business Development Representative (Remote) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing relationships with commercial accounts. Primary responsibilities include outside sales activities such as: networking, lead generation, sales presentations, and obtaining signed statements of work. This role is full-time (40 hrs. per week) and will report to the Vice President of Operations.

Business Development

• Nurture and develop business relationships to increase pipeline of new business opportunities
• Locate, present to, sell, and close M2N suite of services to new prospective companies
• Support all M2N sales efforts by following up on leads
• Prepare and present statements of work to prospects
• Manage client relationships post-sale to deepen and cross-sell additional M2N services and solutions
• Achieve 100 connects per week with clients and prospects via meetings, phone, social media, email, etc.
• Document and track leads and business development activities in a CRM tool
• Work with leadership to plan any marketing levels and necessary budgets to support lead generation

General Responsibilities

• Become and remain proficient on M2N services and the associated terminology
• Adhere to M2N’s employment standards and best practices
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service at all times
• Contribute positively to the M2N culture and community
• All other duties or projects as assigned
