Executive Summary: Sr. Marketing Manager

Mesh Systems ("Mesh") is actively searching for a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our diverse marketing efforts aimed at driving growth in the cutting-edge field of Internet of Things (IoT).

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and initiatives. While not a technical role, an interest in technology or the Internet of Things will be beneficial. Your key responsibilities will include creating data-driven marketing plans, generating compelling content, leading digital marketing campaigns, and utilizing analytics for continual optimization.

The position will report directly to the Director of Business Development. This position is full-time with salary, incredible benefits and is a hybrid work environment based in Carmel, IN. Travel is anticipated to be approximately 5-10% of your time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy, align brand messaging, and maintain clear and consistent communication across all platforms
• Develop, execute, and monitor an integrated marketing plan for Mesh Systems, encompassing digital campaigns on platforms like email and LinkedIn, while regularly assessing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize overall marketing effectiveness
• Conduct thorough research on competitors and perform market research to develop a deeper understanding of our target customers, key industries, and buyer personas
• Craft and publish targeted content such as blogs, articles, webinars, and landing pages to boost web traffic and generate leads, while collaborating with industry experts to enrich the content with insights, thus improving user engagement and experience
• Work in partnership with sales to create customer success stories and case studies that can be distributed across various channels
• Develop and distribute newsletters to maintain ongoing engagement with customers and partners
• Create brand-aligned PowerPoint slides for internal and external use
• Manage and update content on the Mesh Systems website, including crafting press releases, to keep all information current, relevant, and engaging for the audience
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and networking opportunities by researching, attending, and potentially exhibiting at relevant tradeshows and events

Required Skills:
• 5-7 years in B2B technology marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, specifically: Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) is preferred
• Experience with WordPress is preferred
• Demonstrated success in creating diverse content types like articles, blogs, case studies, and potentially multimedia content
• Experience in Account Based Marketing & Demand Generation
• Proficient in integrating SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics into marketing strategies, with a keen eye for when to engage external expertise
• Ability to prioritize and strategize in a variety of project areas and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience launching campaigns in CRM systems and proficiency in managing an integrated marketing tech stack
• Experience launching digital marketing campaigns, with metrics that measure up to sales and marketing led goals
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance data to influence future marketing campaigns
• Expertise in developing and launching digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, organic social media, and paid advertising strategies
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets
• Openness to leveraging AI in marketing efforts, staying at the forefront of content creation technology
