Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to effectively assist and resolve system and end-user issues.
Ability to handle tickets from IOT/Netfor. Ability to triage and route issues and end user requests to appropriate staff or partner staff (e.g., staff for other system help desks) to address.
Ability to draw upon professional concepts to provide services in an Information technology environment.
Ability to collaborate with others to provide services to carry out assigned duties, while developing technical skills and absorption of professional knowledge quickly.
Demonstrate knowledge of client business environment, platform, and system development and system/network operations.

Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, computer science, or business.
At least five (5) years of experience ensuring the Contractor's contractual maintenance and operations (M&O) responsibilities are met in alignment with all performance standards.
At least five (5) years of experience overseeing maintenance and operations (M&O) staff.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Network and System Management and Integration in a multi-vendor environment.
Experience with system integration and testing.
Experience with help desk & system management.
Must be able to lift approx. 50 lbs., bend, squat, and crawl.
Must be able to travel as required to meet business commitments.
