A Moser Product Owner is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and goals, developing a product vision, and working with our design team to craft a solution. This individual is responsible for building the product backlog and guiding the scrum team throughout development, and also for demonstrating progress to the customer at the end of each sprint.
Own and define the product requirements for custom applications.
Be the product champion and leader all the way from discovery to launch.
Lead a cross functional team of design and development individuals in an agile environment.
Manage the delivery of the product to ensure a timely release that will meet the defined requirements, quality standards and customer experience standards.
Collaborate with customers, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure customer feedback is being properly considered with the solution.
Engage with customers both proactively and reactively to listen and obtain their feedback on the product.
Manage customer situations by listening to customer pains, creating action plans and driving to solutions for these customers.
Work within the scrum team and actively participate in improving our processes.
A minimum of 5 years experience of product or client facing role.
Experience with the software development lifecycle.
Demonstrable proficiency in product design, delivery and leadership.
Ability to travel to customer sites (estimated at <5% travel).
Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Experience with websites and consumer applications.
A minimum of BS in a computer software related discipline.
Assume the leadership role driving and executing custom applications.
Leverage excellent customer management skills.
Bring strong time and project management skills.
