Motor is an electric mobility startup focused on accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EV). The Motor Operations Associate will join the local operations team and support an early-stage electric mobility business, ensuring flawless customer experiences and smooth operations of our fleet of EVs.

Major responsibilities
• Monitor daily operations and communications for Motor’s subscription services
• Manage communications platforms and engage with customers across written and voice
• Ensure seamless operation of EV fleet
• Interact with customers via a mixture of in-person, digital and telephone engagement
• Onboard new users and assist with questions and concerns related to EVs
• Perform visual inspection of cars to ensure they are in top shape for customers
• Provide ad hoc customer support and address emergency issues
• Act as local Motor liaison in the Indianapolis area
• Build brand awareness for Motor in Indianapolis through identifying and creating
opportunities to position Motor as a service for future customers
• 2 years relevant work experience with EVs or general fleet operations
• Must have a valid driver's license and 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving
• Capability to work dynamically and collaboratively across multiple teams and projects in a
technical business environment with minimal supervision
• Strong presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about Customer Service and Operations
• Entrepreneurial drive for getting things done and a “make it happen” attitude with an
intellectual curiosity to seek new opportunities and ability to quickly learn new areas of
• Interest in EVs and green technologies
• Excited to grow in a fast-paced startup
