Technology Support Coordinators supervise and manage installation and
maintenance of corporation computer systems and networks. They aim for the
highest functionality with minimal impact on the learning environment.
Technology Support Coordinators have broad knowledge of computer software,
hardware, networks, operating systems and audio/video equipment.
Technology Support Coordinators also have supervisory experience, effective
troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, attention to detail and an
understanding of service desk best practices. The technology department’s core
mission is to optimize the role of technology in the educational environment.
