We are seeking smart, energetic, curious people to add to our team as Business Development Representatives in our Indianapolis office. To succeed in this role, you must nurture an Entrepreneurial Spirit, be inquisitive, innovative and resourceful.

Within this role, you will be an intricate part of the sales team as a front line contact for myCOI. You will provide critical sales support through lead qualification and follow-up. You will bring confidence and a heart to create a positive impact.

In This Role You Will

Build consistent pipeline opportunities for the sales team
Follow an established sales process
Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, using Salesforce to track and manage contacts and successful behaviors
Effectively manage your time, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
You Bring

A proven track record of identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospects
Strong communication skills to uncover critical insurance gaps with potential prospects and provide reasons to explore myCOI
Previous success in achieving or exceeding established goals calling on cold and warm leads
Ability to quickly adapt to rapid change
An energetic, upbeat and collaborative attitude
Savvy computer skills – Google, Salesforce, MS Office
