Job Description

You will be auditing the incoming Certificates of Insurance, reporting compliance to agents and clients, and calling Insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations.

Daily tasks/Requirements:

Experience in commercial insurance is required
Working with a professional and family-oriented team
Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our client’s contract requirements
Following up with Insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations
Act as a liaison between agents and our clients
Provide detailed and accurate review
Learn and utilize company’s technology
Answer client inquiries about compliance matters
Follow established review process
Perform client account review
Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required.
