We are actively seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team downtown Indianapolis! The right candidate has a desire for personal achievement, excellent communication skills, exudes positivity, and thrives in a caring, family-oriented environment. To succeed in this role, you must be technically-minded, follow established processes and be able to work in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment.

This customer-centered role acts as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in property commercial insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide friendly and efficient customer support by handling front-line issues via Zendesk email
Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within specific time limits & follow up to ensure resolution
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Upload Certificates of Insurance into our software program
Maintain inbound and outbound phone calls
Ensure accurate tracking of communications
Meet personal and team goals for productivity and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills

Have some experience with Property Commercial Insurance
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bring a track record of over-achieving metrics
Are passionate about customer service
Are a problem solver
Make quick decisions, are self-motivated and energetic
Are tech savvy with sound computer skills
Manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize
Drive for excellence
