We are looking for a passionate organizational development focused human resources executive seeking an opportunity to uniquely transform an already thriving, people-first employee culture by developing a highly strategic forward approach to employee development, learning and engagement first and foremost. As the organization’s first HR executive and Vice President, Employee Success, you will also own and play the strategic role in analyzing current HR (benefits, compensation, payroll, etc.) recruitment and talent acquisition functions and ensure best practices are in place to meet overall culture and business objectives.
