Essential Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and intuitive website designs, ads, email campaigns, and print collateral that aligns with our brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and business objectives.
Translate business requirements into engaging layouts, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
Optimize website designs for responsiveness, performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
Conduct user research, perform A/B testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure designs/layouts are accessible, meet industry standards, and comply with best practices for SEO.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in web design and user experience (UX) design.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

2+ years of proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design projects.
Solid understanding of design principles, web standards, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
Proficient in HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills, including an eye for color, layout, and typography.
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Knowledge of JavaScript, HubSpot, Sketch, and/or Figma is a plus.
